Are there any shipping charges?

Tulipcomfort.com offered free shipping above INR 1490 on all products in India as an opening offer for a  month through March 2021, after which shipping will be charged separately. We may throw in a special offer that includes shipping from time to time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

An estimated delivery time is seven working days. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to public holidays, festivals, bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.  

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Can you expedite my delivery?

We, at tulipcomfort.com, take pride in being prompt. We will do the best we can bearing in mind the style and size, as well as current logistics infrastructure available to us at the time of your request. 

Do you ship internationally?

No. We do not ship internationally.
